My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, despite being run down, were amazing, and the staff was lovely. The social entertainment at the membership club was a nice touch, making it socially convenient. However, the compact size of the rooms was noticeable, although serviceable, and the management seemed neglectful. The hotel's location in the heart of theatre land was a definite highlight.

I was pleasantly surprised by the individual styling of the rooms, each smartly done with a wonderful view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver on a hot day. However, the service was disappointing with a lack of knowledge about complimentary drinks and a sense of carelessness towards customers' belongings. The location, despite being close to key attractions, felt a bit disorganized and let down by loud music. The dining experience was hit and miss, despite some good aspects. The facilities were average at best.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were appointed with a great view but were quite noisy due to a bar/club on the ground floor. Unfortunately, we had no hot water throughout our stay, resulting in freezing cold showers before our night out.
